Well here we are again, What a ride the last eighteen months have been. Firebrand came into existence in October 2010, with the express desire to support new and unsigned talent since the launch we have met and supported some amazing talent from all around the world, we feel very privileged to bring this talent to you and it has helped Firebrand grow from a 1 man team to 29 incredibly talented DJ’s all over the globe, to find out more check out the DJ’s page.
Firebrand has grown to being listened to in 98 countries all around the world, bringing in new talent from Israel, Brazil, Australia, phenomenal acts that normally would not get heard outside of their own country because of today’s music industry climate.
We launched Firebrand Magazine recently, in addition to the music of Firebrand you can now read our opinions on many varied reviews and stories of interest from the music industry. FBRR is evolving fast and we plan to really rock your world in the next few months.
In June of 2012 we unveiled the last part of the puzzle SkyFire PR (www.skyfirepr.com) as a management company to oversee the whole group and also to get involved in artist management and PR, with one of the most innovative package systems around that makes sure the money stays where it belongs….with the artist/band. “Metal Goddess” Jen is the Director of Operations here at Firebrand Rock Radio. She has been a part of Firebrand Rock Radio since August of 2011, starting with “Metal Flashback” and soon adding a second show, “Music Mania,” to the quality programming here on the station. She quickly moved through the ranks here at Firebrand Rock Radio, first starting as a station DJ, followed by U.S. DJ Manager, and now the current Director of Operations. She handles the day-to-day scheduling, station social media promotions, promotion of DJ’s and shows, oversees the DJ Managers, and anything else that is needed.
When it comes to rock and metal, she has very eclectic tastes ranging from glam/hair metal bands, to symphonic metal, thrash metal, hard rock, and more. She is also a big supporter of many different indie bands and their music. You can catch her interviewing indie bands, and bringing their music to the world via her show “Music Mania.” If it’s 70′s, 80’ and 90’s rock that is your style, you can catch her on “Retro Rock.”
Her goal here at Firebrand Rock Radio is to bring great rock and metal to the masses of the world, all while maintaining quality shows and promotions, and making this station the #1 internet radio station on the planet today.
